The thread that was deleted wasn't even borderline, it just flat out had nothing to do with any sort of process.
Another thread on that subforum has not been deleted even though a few people have said it's barely process related. I guess the difference is that when you look at something you either say 'The process aspect could be improved' or 'you could add process material to this'. The former is allowed, the latter isn't.
