The image you have attached is from the game "Custom Slave Fantasy" (base or Special Edition)

You can customize the hair/burst size/tattoo/etc of your "prey" (princess/queen/empress/knight/etc)
I don't remember EC in that game, but it's been a long time since I played it, so I'm not 100% sure ^^;
