Well, if I was feeling as unforgiving as normal as I'd say "Google it and don't expect us to spoon feed you."
But... .iso and .mds are disk images. You can either burn them onto a CD/DVD or mount them on simulated drives with something like Daemon tools or Alcohol 120%. Either of those will give you a facsimile of an actual game disk which you can use to install and play the game.
Although, some methods of copy protection will recognise a copy created in this manner.
