Honestly, the comic looks like the pages were scripted by one person, drawn by another, arranged by a third, and then lettered by a fourth, out of order, with none of them having any communication with each other during the process. There are several panels that seem out of order, or places where Misato's mouth is open like she is saying something but no word balloon.

The comic could probably be edited to make more sense without too much trouble if someone who could at least passably imitate Palcomix style tried their hand at it, though it would be much easier with the pre-lettered roughs.
