Actually, that's an original character of Vega's named Karumi Senko. He even started a comic about her before the aforementiond idiotic fanboys drove him off.
He did, however, create some exceedingly bad-ass sprite edits of Mai Shiranui with the same amount of gloriously excessive boobage as in his Avatar. Alas, they've since been lost to the anals of the internet's musty forgotten corridors.
