Ami's was Jitensha's custom-made one, version 2, this one's similar to DC Mikiko's first doll clothes, except for the color and buttons.
Version 1 was the Ami's First Kiss pic she did for me a few years ago.
Makoto's was from The Incredible Shrinking Woman movie, during the parts where Lily's character is doll-sized and the only clothes she could wear are doll clothes, such as that.
