There aren't going to be any more episodes for a long time. This is a 10 minute special that was released awhile ago with the latest volume of manga. The scenes at the end are random scenes from the manga and are done as a joke because there aren't more episodes.
They just recently announced they are going to make a second 10 minute special at some point in the future.
