I want Saria, Zelda, and Ruto arcs myself. As for Ruto, her serpent transformation could be blamed on being the Water Sage. Of course, her slowly becoming human(to be able to snatch her Link) could be done.

Thank you. Indeed, next I'll be writing Nabooru. I'll need to read the last few chapters a few times to see how to continue. Might take a while to get back into that as well, but then I'll finally be 100 % back.

Hmm... more "primal". My problem with that is, why would the character give in to that change even the slightest bit? It wouldn't make her any more desirable for Link, in fact, so the curse would contradict itself by first inducing such a transformation and then amplifying her desire for Link.

Well yeah, right now I don't either. If I would write it, it wouldn't play on any fetish I have, and on top of that I can't really seem to fit it in the story.
But if pretty much everyone wants it, eh, what choice do I have?
