Some people might be willing to make a caption for say Sanji and I, but otherwise not want to be the center of one themselves. You may be able to MAKE the caption, but otherwise not want to BE in the caption.

And I didn't mean it to be "Oh I don't want YOU to make a caption", I meant it for people who don't want to be in any captions at all. Believe it or not, not everyone wants to read about themselves being the victim of a TG then abruptly playing with themselves.
