Trying to find and old tg, and through that a very enjoyable site.

I remember there used to be this extremely stretched out fiction on a site that had a lot of CYOA with Wishing Stones and other inanimate tool triggers.
The story's setting is in the future after some of the last humans leave Earth in ships to find a new planet. Aboard the protagonists' spaceship are teenagers, two of whom are given a forced m2f and f2m (Also long process) through surgery and hormonal therapy by the ship computer, and what follows are many scenes of all the characters trying to cope. After a time, they reach the planet and have to deal with the environment re-population, and SPOILER.

Would anyone here recall a title or the original site's name?
