I was going through my HDs and clearing out any unnecessary copies of old TF stories when I recalled reading a particular story that I can't seem to find.

I don't remember the title, but I vaguely remember the last part of it taking place in a cave, with some "villain" and henchwoman barely escaping getting the wrath of the TF'd creature.
Unfortunately, said henchwoman was wounded by the creature and undergoes the transformation, unbeknownst to the "villain". Suffice to say, the designated baddie doesn't make it out alive.
The story ends on a somewhat positive note, and that's all I can remember.
It isn't much, but if anyone happens to have a story that matches this description or may know where I may be able to find it, please let me know.
For now, I'll keep looking on my end.
