... uh.. well.. I can't read anything in Japanese either, but I can navigate just fine.. it could be french... korean... sanscript.. I don't know... But all the sites would have the same things in common:
The way they distribute password recovery and login information. The methods are almost standardized. Usually they send a reset password link if you ask to reset the password, then you'll go to a screen to reset it from the link...
*Edit: Just tested it, yes it does work exactly like I said. No knowledge of any language necessary. Just your E-mail inbox. The link goes to a very... empty... page with three entry bars, the second and third are obviously the generic "new password" and "confirm Password" entry forms.
