Let's see... in terms of style?
Good solid, clean lines. It doesn't have to be inked (although that helps) but just nice unambiguous lines. Sketchy drawings are rather... unappealing.
In terms of content... expression is important, as are straining clothes and generally, the more panels of growth - the better.
