I think it should be gradual, with focus on the changing shape of the breasts as they are constricted by clothing. And of course, clothing shouldn't grow with them; that almost entirely destroys the point. Clothing should burst, rip, or be peeled off in an hurry.

The women should be desperate, but generally not happy, as I don't think anyone would be happy with their body changing radically in such a way. It should be accompanied by other transformations, too, like waist constriction and butt expansion, and possibly height frowth.

Lastly, the women should be of age, preferebly human, and they shouldn't get too big, at least not too big to move, or anything like that. But they should get substantially larger than what occurs naturally.

And breasts should eventually sag slightly, with nipples that should be thick, with wide, puffy aureola. It annoys me greatly when a woman has basketballs glued to her chest with tiny pink points on them.
