Not too tough, just by having them buldged, pressed, or pushed on and/or around objects.
(Example: furnature, background objects, clothes, hands,
the other boob, etc... Y'know, emphasize that they're soft.) I think it adds to the "growing" effect and makes'em more natural. (Just my preference.)
