I had another idea.

This one doesn't involve any props except a desk and whatever backdrop you see fit. As you'll see, it's mostly camera work that's going to make this work.

Anchorwoman Growth

An anchorwoman is reading the news on live TV when she begins to grow. Maybe she is reporting on sudden occurrences of growth across the city when she starts to experience it herself? You could definitely stretch this one out into a series. The camera work comes into play when you're alternating between what the "live" audience is seeing and what the "movie" audience is seeing, e.g. live shots are of course all straight ahead with maybe some zooming or slight movements while the movie shots are stuff the news camera would not be looking at, like feet under the desk, butt, back of shirt, etc.

As far as clothing goes you don't have to do anything different. It can be the suit which you've already been doing or that NYC college intern look that you've got sometimes with the nicer skirts, dresses, and tops.

And of course, I have to give credit for the origin of this idea. It's from the original Howling movie where the anchorwoman turns into a werewolf on the air. The whole live TV thing is just so hot to me!
