I can't remember exactly where... I think it was on her yahoo group, but to put it simply (and from what I recall), her husband posted up and explained that she suffered a mild stroke and heart attack during surgery (I believe it was a reaction to the anaesthesia).
Unfortunately, this caused a bit of paralysis, and she is currently undergoing physical therapy. On the up side, apparently her doctors expect her to make a near-full recovery, so here's hoping!
I really miss her art... she's one of the few out there that really meshed together some of my favorite interests, and her style is just... unique.
