right to left:
"This is going into my partner...you" (or something like that)
"(hard to translate, something like "Is that so?")"
"Please make me into your partner!"
and the rest is just grunting and panting and laughing and..well, sex noises.

It doesn't make a lot of sense i guess cuz there's no context. Just random scribbles from someone's brain.
EDIT: Oh and Fumi Fumi (or humi humi, whatever translation convention you're using, they're both technically correct) is an onomatopoeia...i just can't remember what it's for (mooing? cooing? something like that...)
