I'm the creator of Nimin, Fenoxo is the creator of UTG/Champions. Fenoxo is the one who's completely rebuilding their code base, whereas I'm simply trying to add more stuff. I don't think Fenoxo's anywhere near having a completely up to date (up to date compared to UTG 0.2.6d) build yet, though you can check out their blog here:
