If you look closely, the demon TF isn't actually a TF, but a girl having prosthetic makeup applied to make her look like a demon. This is the recurring theme in most of the OMC images I've seen - girls getting "transformed" via makeup, for photoshoots. So while it's not exactly TF, it's close enough for our purposes.
