I'm in the same boat myself. I have a webcomic I'm stalled on due to a broken scanner, a graphic novel Iam fiddling with but am slow to figure out the story properly. As well as starting to figure out another wbcomic idea with a friend. My best advice is to just jump into your story. Even if it isn't fleshed out fully, draw the scenes you have in your mind already. It won't matter if they are scenes you will use lae. It will help to get them out in the air and they may form new ideas for you.
