I dunno, while your (Mr_DNA) colouring is really quite good I think that the comic benefits from the simplicity. I just has this really nice feel to it that might be lost if you work too much on it.
Although that's just personal opinion and even then I often don't know what I'm talking about and colouring could make it look like the greatest thing since Caravaggio XP
