If you're going to critique Batman and Robin, do it someplace more appropriate or at the very least sound less bitchy so everyone around you won't want to stap their ears with nails.

And I never said you said that. I was merely pointing out how you said there was a lack of action and using the example that having more action doesn't necessarily make a better story.

By action I mean events which all stories must have. My ire is that the conversations are interrupting the flow of the story and overstay their welcome.

I understand it's sarcasm. What you were inferring with it is that since my opinion did not immediatly change the author's mind, it is thus invalid and worthless. Yet however, you at this moment are presenting me with your opinion despite knowing full well that I'm not likely to immediately change it based solely on that.

In other words, you are holding me to a higher standard to what you are holding yourself. That is the nirvanna fallacy.
