I managed to get my hands on vol.01 and 02.

1)NO GTS

She is actually a Giant mouse-girl maid.

2)
In vol.02 The Main boy, Girl and the maid go through a door with cat ears and they`ve all regressed in age offscreen.
The maid is still a GTS but child size regardles.
Process is off-screen.
Also theres a chance it was a virtual reality.

3)In one chapter the Cat-Girl summons several lumps of goo which form several naked cat-girls to pin the main boy down so that main girl(the cat-girl) to have her way with him

4)Also its a raw so I cant say for 100%, but the main girl has the ability to have boys and girls completely under her foot.
Something like an extreme pheromone release to make them love her and is able to control them, as You saw in the other thread she does various things.

Those are the main process for now actually one more

5)I think its either the cat girl`s older sister or mother but she has 3 tails and is able to stretch them and control them, yes they were used in a tenteckle situation.
