You can change a 'breast size' slider, that is the only thing I saw, and the bloody options pop-up covers the boobs! So you can't even see her breasts while you change the size. You can (or could) zoom out on the version I posted, so the options pop-up didn't have to cover her breasts. There was also a hotkey that did it without opening the menu. Even still, there was no real animation for the growth, so meh.
