Mmm...looking around I've seen a lot of strange pics about women in leotards...
After some search and thanks to the "3D Custom Girl thread" I've learned this is a new fetish made in Japan: HAIGURE
This is an extract from Sarasa's post:

The main vilianess actually managed to take over the world at some point in the movie and pretty much forced everyone into a leotard and to make odd poses until Action Kamen saved the day.

So basically, "Haigure" is the concept of a person being hypnotized/brainwashed/corrupted/transformed into a one-piece swimsuit-wearing person, forced into doing a pose known as haigure. After their conversion they are sometimes ordered to "convert" others.
