I'll contribute some, too. I was going to buy the volume recently on Amazon.jp but it costs $45 after shipping. I have a great scanner in comparison, though.

I don't really know any place else to buy it.

Also, this imageboard has some pictures of the later Pocket Traveler chapters. Look after December 6th, 2008:

Seems the order of their returning to normal size is Miyuki, Tsukasa, Kagami, and then Konata.
