A fetish of the process of a woman's breasts getting bigger, or them getting the size that they seem to go to in some images (so big they can't walk and such), is much more rare I'd say, and I don't see any indication that either of those are really there. But I don't watch those shows at all anymore to be fair.

Let's take a look at the "minor hints"
1. Mass BE occured in an auditorium in Peter's flashback when he was reminiscing about girls developing. He started to point and laugh when a girl grew one boob, then he grew a pair of his own before the flashback ended.
2. Jennifer Love Hewitt makes a brief "random moment" appearance on the show "Ghost Whisperer" on their TV with breasts large enough to either imply BE or Mastasia-inspired fetishisms.
3. Lois stopped breastfeeding Stewie, breasts swelled up and stayed so through nearly the entire episode, with blatant reactions of "They're so swollen" and slight agitation when a button flies off at an inopportune moment.
4. Lois underwent the infamous Jesus-induced BE. This didn't stay long, but this is probably the closest to the boundary they're willing to get.
5. Lois started eating enough to gain noticeable amounts of weight, setting off a few flags in the WG community. Peter remarked how there was so much boob while they had sex.
THIS is looking into it too much. But then again, given these occurrences, the correlations they seem to have, and how often other shows seem to support them, I think the suspicion is definitely justified.
