This one is driving me nuts! (More of a post-tf than a process but), combed through thousands of images now...
Im fairly sure its been caused by the reaper virus (from resident evil), and im sure i found it on deviant art.
Girl, changed by the reaper virus, now has robotic feet and a gun for a hand iirc. Discription said she now had minimal mental capabilities (well she is a zombie).
