Not very plausible. The article is to vague as far as which acid it is. I assume its a basic catalyst that when added to protein such as muscle causes numbing and inflammation causing the tissue to expand. It's like when you get a sucker punch and your cheek swells, but there is no throbbing ache. Interesting idea of a catalyst to cause augmentation, but that would require breakdown of estrogen and a distillation of some synthesized compound (of which most on the market are snake oil). Plus, a natural enhancement is caused by weight gain and due to circulatory movement would be difficult to only get the desired effect in one region.
