Except you were promised not beer, piss, or nipples. You were promised an anime series would be aired on July 7th that would be based on a series concerning breasts. It would be aired on cable, and less explicit works on the same stations were previously censored. You were also promised an uncensored version two weeks after the fact, when, in most cases, it's usually months before an uncensored version comes out. If you were at a bar, the bartender said "Sorry, we're running low on beer, we can get you a root beer for the moment. We should have some more beer in two hours.", and you told him he may as well have given him piss, I doubt he would take kindly to it. Of course, this whole "beer" analogy is stupid.
I seriously don't understand this adamant belief that people have been utterly WRONGED for getting silly censorship as a trade-off for quicker access to the uncensored versions of a show. For free. I'm not attacking anyone here, but it seems like people are taking it that way. I'm just asking that people stop griping about something so trivial and silly.
