I think many people don't like "dick nipples" because they usually have a trend where they turn into dicks at some point... Then what you're staring at aren't two huge breasts, they're two huge testicles with their own penis...
Just trying to describe some of the mentality here. You keep doin' what you like to draw. Content is content.
