anyways you can legally do parodies of anything (as long as it's a parody) so you don't need to worry about lawsuits (at least in the US).
Then again lawyers are parasites on humanity so I wouldn't be surprised if they attempt to amend the laws protecting parodies 'for the children' at some point.
