when you choose to download it, it plays in WMP. You go to file, then Save As. That's it! You have the best quallity possible of the AP clip!
If I get more time after work, and you guys are still have ing trouble, then I'll just upload it. But my computer gets REALLY tempermental about doing anything online, so it may take awhile to get to you.
