Sounds like your proxy is blocking it....but since 95% of people don't use them at home, it could be your
ISP blocking it. You can try using some free proxies to see if that the case, or try
http://exhentai.org/ instead and see if that works. Not sure if that alternative site will work, but it seems you're not alone with this issue.
