Could you provide some specific examples? I searched through just about everything on that site that didn't need to be paid for and came up with nothing.
EDIT: So there's something useful to this post, I just remembered a couple pictures on DeviantART that involve nipples replaced with small faces. It's not as bad as it sounds, IMO.
