the MH stands for Manyuu Hikenchou, the anime series.
Meanwhile, a rar is like a zip file. And it can be opened using the program WinRAR. However, a MAC may need something else (don't know, haven't used one) Just google "Open RAR file with MAC" and you should get the answers you seek.
