Its out there...can't think of the name but there is one involving some sort of 'infection' where tentacles explode out of a girls back and attacks another. Really hard grotesque stuff (not really a skin-rip fan...)
There is a Mahou Shoujo Ai doujin called Happy Endless which has the heroine sort of merge with a tentacle mass and develop some alien features...though the doujin is not very pretty...very graphic hentai lots of fluids.
