I think she pops offscreen and the person just gets splashed with blood and you pan to the girl who's stomach is burst open... Apart from a bit of gore and blood it's not exactly sickness inducing... Well, that's what I saw in the trailer, but they might have been just toning it down for that. I'm not sure about the actual thing.
