I find it amusing that you refer to implants as "crap", when it's actually growth pills and so-called natural treatments which are "crap". Save yourself time and money, don't use pills, or herbs, or bleached scales from the Watababa fish of Lake St-Boobaloo. They. Do not. Work.

You don't like implants? Fine. Then go with the only real natural options: major weight gain (and hope that some of it goes to her breasts) or pregnancy (and hope that her mammary glands react accordingly). Or wish very very hard to Mister Claus that she's one of those very few women who's breasts actually keep growing after puberty and through adulthood. But be patient, because it's a very slow process and will often only be more pronounced during her late 30s when her body's chemistry starts changing.
