Re: Expansioncomics = rip off

I'm sure that it is nothing malicious on their part. I would liken it to you go to a small local toy shop and buy a toy for your kid for christmas. After getting it home, something on the toy breaks and you want to return or exchange it, but when you get to the store there is a sign up that says, "Closed until January 2nd".

You don't turn around and sue them just because they aren't around to answer and do an exchange. You just have to wait to get the toy replaced, or go buy it from a larger toy store that soullessly makes it's employees work over the holidays for insanely long hours.

It has been about half a day since your original post, so these things may just take some time. It is unfortunate that you are not able to access their website, but seriously, it's only like $20 you are out. I would say calm down before throwing lawsuits all up in the air. Let them officially answer you, because that is what the court will tell you to do regardless. There are a lot of legitimate reasons that you may not be able to access the website that may have nothing to do with the individuals who run it. Cause seriously, are you going to sue over $20? They'll probably be more then willing to credit you with a free month or something. And if they don't, you'd have to take them to small claims court, where the judge will most likely chuckle over the whole thing and award you like 17 or so bucks (pro-rated since you did have access for two days).

Just saying.
