I remember that story but I can't remember the title. I saw it on one of the story sites a long time ago. It might have been fictionmania or some other site I'm looking though.
I think how the story went.....

They were cleaning out some building. He finds the cast and puts it on as a joke it gets stuck on him and he feels what he descibes a baseball bat shoved up him. after that the cast breaks apart leaving him a she and about 6 months pregnant. His friend doesn't abandment him and they fall in love later on after she gets used to her body.
