I actually contacted the author and inquired about a continuation of the work. They seemed quite surprised at the time, but spoke of returning to it. I assume that, in time, they declined the idea as a second part did not materialise; that being perhaps seven years ago now

! Yes, it has been a while since I worked on this. Real life interfered to where writing a bunch of sequels as I intended never materialized, however.......
....I DID complete one sequel before I stopped writing and I've attached it here. I hope everyone on this board who enjoyed the first chapter likes the second. Who knows: I had started on the 3rd chapter and maybe I'll pick up where I left off at some point here in the future....
