Well, thanks to the U.S. Justice Department and FBI shutting down Megaupload, most of my links posted in this thread are dead. In addition filesonic has just suspended access to their site as well as Uploaded.to blocking access to US IP Addresses to their website in the wake of Megaupload's demise...

I'll eventually get around to re-uploading some of the files here, but it may take quite a long time...especially if more and more file sharing sites go offline.

Most file post here can be likely found on other file sharing website via google should my links not be re-uploaded.
