FWIW, I use Excel to keep track of my donation projects - name, email address, date, amount given, amount I lost to paypal, which project they requested, etc. Color coded since I currently have 5 active projects posted.

I use a different tab for each month so I can compile a total for donations at the end of the month to email the individual artists their share. I'll admit I haven't seen much of anything lately either - whether it's seasonal or the impression that I don't have email access - untrue (I just can't update the site), I'm not sure. Trying to inject some new blood with some more new projects soon.

Seriously, if folks are begging you for art and are too cheap to shell out $10 for the collected works, that's just garbage. A compiled set of your stuff is worth a lot more than that.
