My honest opinion? When you're protagonist looks like THIS:
You're kinda asking people to enforce Rule 63 on him. XD
Aside from that, there's no rhyme or reason why this guy (or anyone else for that matter) is getting the gender-bender treatment. Based on the few episodes I've seen, I don't think they could find the time to bother with any kind of TG-related content, even if it was a single image gag.
