Also, couldn't she tweak her wish so that she could have better clothing, AND until she got it right, she would be able to deflate her breasts some?

This story reminds me a bit about this one where a girl got a wishing "stone" from a magician. I don't remember all of it but she accidentally made her breasts enormous and REALLY sensitive. It was a great read, I bet you'd like it Drybones. If I can find it, I'll link you to it!
