Yeah this is the impression I've gotten too. It's kinda weird how much the Sith Inquisitor gets overlooked when it comes to this kind of story stuff. I think they get a jedi companion later.
As to the jedi girl in the youtube link, her outlook and the way she act changes depending if she stayed a jedi or if you turned her into a sith.
