I've bought a few pieces from Locofuria and paid with Paypal, though I'm not sure if Loco uses an actual account with Paypal to authorise payments, it's E-Junkie as far as I know which links into the Paypal Checkout.

I would guess you'd be taking a risk, but, I think it would also depend on the content, and how vigilant the Paypal guys are at taking it down. They probably have a similar policy to Youtube and won't touch it unless someone reports it.
