Like Trick R' Treat right? I remember that delay. I think it was because they thought their film couldn't compete with the crop of other Halloween themed movies coming out that year so they held it off. It kinda sucked and eventually we did get a DVD/BluRay release for it. Yeah having it get stuck in limbo after it was ready to go was very lame. But we can't start assuming that
every film we want to see will be pushed back because one or two that were.
